Junior Solution Developer

Job Description:

You will be part of a dynamic team whose primary goals are to transform business processes, foster innovation, and produce solutions that will allow end users to reap the benefits of automation. You’ll achieve that by having exposure to various business areas of an ever-expanding ecosystem and automating processes by leveraging innovative tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing excellence in problem-solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues
• The focus of this position is to provide technical service and functional knowledge to drive customer success
• Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, performant, maintainable, and easy to understand and explain
• Develop detailed, structured, transparent, and completed deliverables (e.g., automation documents, user manuals & instructions, etc.)
• Support UATs executions and solution deployment in multiple environments
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requests as part of a structured change control process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science or related field
• Basic experience with any of the following automation tools and platforms, e.g., Power Automate, AA360, UI Path
• Understanding of workflow-based solution requirements and best practices
• 2 years of software development using one or more of the following programming languages will be considered a plus:
  • .NET – C#, VB
  • Python,
  • Java,
  • JavaScript
