We are currently seeking to employ for the IT Division, a talented “Junior Web Developer-Programmer” with a good understanding of core Computer Science concepts and problem-solving skills who can put this knowledge to practice, creating efficient, maintainable and secure software.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Junior Web Developer-Programmer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Development enterprise web software applications
• Build and maintain clean, efficient and reliable code
• Deliver work that concisely addresses outlined requirements within appropriate timeframes

Requirements:

• BSc degree/certifications in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ year of IT development experience in designing and building windows desktop, web and/or mobile applications
• Good knowledge of the principles OOA/OOD, data structures, algorithms and developing using OOP and basic design patterns
• Good knowledge of HTTP, HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript technologies
• Good understanding of relational databases concepts & SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Ability to learn new IT technologies & methodologies
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills both in Greek and English.

It would also be a plus if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience using C#
• Experience with web development tools like WordPress
• Basic Knowledge and understanding (Web APIs, REST APIs, SOAP APIs)
• Platform knowledge on Windows Server, IIS, Apache
