Brand Social Media & Influencers Manager

Your main responsibilities
- Propose Strategy & Social Media Campaigns following digital trends and new Social Media content formats
- Handle live content, covering “what’s on” and “happening now” angles
- Further develop YouTube channel, propose and exploit new platforms and build and implement launch plan
- Provide detailed content brief to the Creative Dpt. or Content Dpt. or external agency to deliver the Social Media Campaigns
- Propose Co-branding partnerships in the social media & monitor best practices of the industry and content activities of competitors’ websites, e-listening and reporting
- Propose Influencer Marketing Strategy & Update influencers’ content creation guidelines
- Propose influencers selection & implement Influencers’ campaigns and Content Creation Productions - Handle communication & contract with external partners (photographers, videographers, suppliers etc.) and influencers securing on time deliverables & be on-site
- Monitor and provide reports on results, based on KPIs. Recommend strategies & apply tactics to optimize performance
- Support the annual marketing planning, key Group Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Cross Dpt. Projects requests and projects
- Monitor Social Media and Influencers’ budgets & Ensure process compliance & third-party assessment
- Decide on the monthly Social Media Calendar Content in cooperation with Group Brand Marketing Manager
- Decide on the best match regarding Influencers in cooperation with Group Brand Marketing Manager
Your main qualifications/skills
- Proven prior experience of 3-4 years in relative position, ideally in the tourism sector / hospitality industry
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing & Communication, Digital Marketing or relevant field
- Good knowledge of the MS Office
- Fluency in English
