MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE

Our future colleague, will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. He/ She will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Research & Development, and Media Agencies) to coordinate and deliver projects.

A successful candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

As his/her skills will increase, Marketing and Communications Associate can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. We are looking  for people who aren't afraid to take full ownership of projects, work autonomously and support their team.

 

As a member of the Marketing Department, the Marketing and Communications Associate is expected to:

  • Implement strategic campaign planning, audience segmentation and analysis
  • Translate complex information into compelling communications for a variety of stakeholders
  • Draft, develop, and manage the production of communications materials such as website, social media content, bios, video reels, press release creation. etc, presentations and internal newsletters.
  • Facilitate and coordinate regional events for leadership and clients – virtual and offline
  • Support senior executive regional communications priorities
  • Work with external collaborators such as agencies and suppliers
  • Support the marketing department in executing the yearly CSR plan
  • Develop, build, launch and track marketing campaigns, measure results, and prepare reports to share with the broader organization
  • Project management of the end-to-end innovation projects with minimum disruption to the business, in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and R&D
  • Collaborate with Sales in the development and implementation of initiatives to drive distribution, increase brand choice and conversion in-store
  • Manage external partners such as brand synergies and influencers

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing department or account management with exposure to multi-channel marketing
  • Record in executing ATL & BTL marketing campaigns will be considered an asset 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see and frame the big picture to produce desired results
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and merchandising teams bringing structure and delivering results.;
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, tailored to the customer and technically accurate (in Greek & English).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy to incorporate such trends that are dictating the future tactics and strategies
  • Digital marketing experience, SEO & SEM, Web Analytics & Google Analytic
  • Relevant experience within the paints or related industry is a plus
