GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications

• Tourism Degree or other Bachelor’s or Masters degree  
• Ideally 3 years previous experience in luxury front office operations, VIP services, concierge, or equivalent position
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. An additional foreign language will be advantage
• Strong computer skills & excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook )
• A kind personality with commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.

• Highly organized with a hands-on approach, time-management and team working skills
