  • Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate bar staff, ensuring excellent performance and team cohesion.
  • Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department including inventory management, ordering and cost control.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of drinks.
  • Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Support management in developing and executing promotional events and cocktail menus.
  • Training and guiding the bar team members
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 4* or 5* hotel or high-end bar.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
  • In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service Sop’s is crucial.
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
  • Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Well groomed.
