Position requirements:
  • Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Preparing food, manning the breakfast buffet, and coordinating kitchen staff.
  • Properly rotate food products to keep spoilage and waste to a minimum.
  • Adhere to sanitation practices.
Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Cook B' in a similar size operation
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions
Education
  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Must possess basic computer skills
