Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales team in maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring the smooth operation of all sales activities. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate communication with clients and internal departments, and contribute to the organization of sales events and initiatives. Your role is essential in ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across all functions of the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales department in line with established guidelines and procedures.
• Prepares reports, assists with data entry, maintains files, and supports daily sales operations.
• Assists in researching market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinates site inspections, FAM trips, and client visits; ensures smooth on-property arrangements.
• Supports the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.
• Liaises with internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales-related tasks and guest requests.
• Assists in the implementation of sales promotions and maintains accurate promotional materials.
• Ensures adherence to Marriott’s Customer Service Standards and hotel Brand Standards in all interactions.
• Maintains detailed and organized sales records in accordance with established procedures.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position within hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent English & Greek language, with the ability to write and speak effectively
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support multiple team members simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
