Hotel Operations Assistant – Chalkidiki

HR Solutions is looking for a Hotel Operations Assistant on behalf of a hotel in Chalkidiki. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step, gain more responsibility, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the hotel
• Supervise and assist staff in housekeeping areas
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests with professionalism
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service
• Assist in training and supporting new team members
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with departments for replenishment
• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Support shift planning, basic reporting, and simple administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (other languages are an advantage)
