Costa Navarino Luxury Residencies BU is looking for a Villa Rentals Associate to join our growing team and support the daily operations of our luxury villa rental portfolio. This is a newly created role, ideal for a well-organised and service-oriented professional eager to develop within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookings: prepare offers, respond to enquiries, and coordinate confirmed reservations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date villa information across all systems (booking engine, CRM, website).
- Upload and update villa listings, photos, descriptions, and related content.
- Assist in onboarding new villas, including documentation collection and coordination of photoshoots.
- Keep CRM records updated (leads, bookings, guest and owner data).
- Support reporting processes, tracking sheets, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in bookings, reservations, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in working with booking engines, CRMs, databases, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- A positive, proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to travel occasionally to Costa Navarino when business needs arise.
