About Us:

We own and manage a collection of luxury homes in the southern suburbs of Athens. We are seeking an Architect to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation and maintenance of stunning interiors, working directly alongside our Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of architectural and interior design concepts that align with our luxury brand.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents, including layouts, material, and furniture selections.
• Oversee the selection of high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, and decorations, develop furniture specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals, managing projects from concept to completion.
• Provide on-site support, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 4 years of experience, preferably with exposure to luxury residential projects.
• Understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building codes, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: € 1,500 -€ 1,800 net per month, depending on experience.
