Our company, operating in the construction sector, is looking for an experienced and well-organized individual to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support accounts for payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain and update general ledger entries.
• Cash reconciliation and verification
• Card and bank reconciliation and verification
• Management of Employment Matters (Recruitment, Contracts, Leave, Social Security Declarations)
• Assist with VAT and tax filings under Greek accounting standards (ΕΛΠ).
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) and basic tax principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
