Our client, a well established law firm, seeks to recruit, a Senior Energy Lawyer, in Athens, Greece

Main responsibilities

• Provides legal services in Corporate and Commercial Law
• Participates in M&A transactions on behalf of clients
• Utilizes both of corporate, commercial & civil law knowledge working on risk assessments & due diligence reports
• Be part of the latest M&A projects for top national & multinational clients
• Engages with many different legal teams and lead key discussions on related matters
• Maintains & expands the network of every-day commercial clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a distinguished university
• Master’s degree in Business Law, Corporate or Commercial Law, Energy field
• 8 – 10 years of experience in relevant field
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation & problem solving skills
