                                       Transportation and Distribution Supervisor

                                                                    based in Sindos

What you will be doing:

The Transportation & Distribution will report to the Transportation and Distribution Manager and will be responsible for implementing Transportation and Distribution strategy, business models and tactical plans for the Transportation and Distribution operation in order to support company’s strategic goals and objectives

• Optimization of transportation and distribution route planning for delivering products
• Daily review operational KPIs
• Master data management (Fleet & Customer level)
• Adhering to and execution of HSE standards, local quality requirements, SLAs
• Financial planning and execution according to strategy and budget
• Maintain effective cooperation with providers to assure efficient execution of goods transportation
• Consulting and input on customer requirements/SLA
• Promote a continuous improvement environment by implementing best practices in logistics operations
• CSC Projects
• Reporting

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or relevant field, MSc in Logistics will be considered an asset

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector

• Excellent command of English both writing and speaking
• Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action
• Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & other ERP systems (especially SAP) will be an asset
• Creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented personality
