Flexopack, a leading company in flexible packaging, with a global footprint, is looking to hire  Junior Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational support in the procurement of commodities, services and equipment. The role requires a stakeholder focused approach ensuring the Department’s high standards of service.

 

As a Junior Procurement Officer, you will be assigned to:

 

·         Execute operational procurement activities (Inquires, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Invoices, etc.)

·         Perform administrative and clerical duties

·         Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

·         Maintain Procurement data and records

·         Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures

·         Perform other supply chain duties as assigned

·         Create reporting for management review

 

This role will report to the Procurement Manager

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

·         University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics

·         Excellent command of the English and Greek language

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook, MS Excel and PowerPoint

·         Previous working experience in procurement or industrial sector will be considered a plus

·         Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

·         Organizational and time management skills

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
