Currently Santorini Secret Suites & Spa (Proud member of Small Luxury Hotels and Forbes Hotels) is seeking to recruit  

Front Office Supervisor

with the below skills.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in similar position in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of any PMS is considered essential, knowledge of Opera will be considered as an asset
  • Guest friendly mentality
  • Superior computer skills [Microsoft Office, social media, emails, internet]
  • Team work spirit
  • Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests
  • Manage all department’s operation
  • Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
  • Ensure excellent response to guest requests & complaints
  • Follow operational protocols
  • Build up full knowledge of Hotel Facilities & Services
  • Abide by affiliation standards
