As an Front office and Reservations Agent you will be dealing with the following daily processes:
- Planning, implementing, and managing the overall daily operations
Handling Reservations & Conducting Company's daily Reservation's planning
- Planning and organizing daily sales, excursions, and bookings (emails, what'sapp, online platforms)
- Operating the telephone center, customer service to "walk-in clients" and handling daily emails
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with visitors and clients
- Suggesting and implementing new ideas
- Invoicing
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on our Arrival and Departure standards
Education: Degree in Tourism or College degree in Business Administration or Economic Analysis Field
Experience: 4+ Years in Business Management Administration or Tourism Management Administration Field

- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
