For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Trainer)
in order to strengthen our Business Analysis & Product Innovation Team.
Activities:
- Understanding software development lifecycle and payments processing
- Taking part in sessions/ meetings in order to better understand business needs and be able to document them
- Identifying training needs and managing training projects for internal and external
stakeholders tracking and reporting the progress and activities of the training
procedure - Designing training material for client specifics and internal staff
- Providing support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and
identifying sections where improvements are needed - Operating as subject matter expert and communicating with our clients in order to
streamline, improve and upgrade training processes and procedures, new products and
services - Working in cooperation with various teams in the IT organization
- Maintaining technical and product knowledge of the systems by attending educational
workshops and reviewing publications
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Training, IT Development or Business Analysis experience within
the Payment or Banking industry - Bachelor’s Degree (a master’s Degree will be considered an advantage) on any of
the following subjects: Computer science/information technology, information
management systems, business information systems, electrical/electronic
engineering, mathematics or science - Strong Knowledge of Card industry (Issuing, acquiring, e-commerce, added services,
payment schemes) - Training and mentoring experience would be considered as a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- E-learning/remote training tools knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of English language

- Working independently and communicating effectively with senior leadership, vendors or
external customers to facilitate a common understanding of requirements - Working effectively with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive
atmosphere - Strong ability to problem solving and decision making skills. Customer oriented perception
interpret a business need and evaluate all options to identify potential solutions
