Responsibilities:

· Build and configure hardware and update software

· Repairing computers and ensuring that are functioning properly

· Basic knowledge of creating a simple network (topology, protocols, etc)

· Basic knowledge of VPNs (Client VPN, Site-to-Site, basic protocols)

· Basic Server Installation

· Support on Office 365, Cloud systems and platforms, networks

· Remove viruses or spyware, be able to replace hardware or reinstall the entire operating system

 

Qualifications:

· 2-year experience in a Technical Field Service support department.

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong customer orientation attitude.

· Take initiative, being alerted, have a sense of urgency.

· Good knowledge of fixed products & ICT services.

· Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications

· Good knowledge of Greek and English language (oral and written)

· Valid driving license and own a vehicle -required in case of on-site visits to clients' premises
