Optimal HR Group In terms of the company’s development is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly search and source candidates through multiple channels including internet, networking, employee referrals, research, internet ads, database searches
  • Screen CVs and contact candidates for relevant vacancies
  • Administer the CV database updating CVs and filing
  • Prepare reports, contracts, proposals and presentations
  • Organize interviews and meetings
  • Use best practices and systems to improve service delivery for recruiting
  • Keep current on recruitment trends
  • Participate in all aspects of the Recruitment Cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resources
  • Previous experience in Recruitment or Customer Service positions will be considered as a plus
  • Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative, problem solve and work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Continuous learning and development mentality, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demands grow
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Aptitude for communicating effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure and face challenge
  • Fluency in English
