Construction Planner (Ref: TH/CPL023)

Office Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Development
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and review projects' schedules
- Make decisions relating to scheduling and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and in budget
- Produce progress reports for SIG Management
- Constantly liaise and coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure adherence to schedule and provide solutions when needed
- Plan contingency programmεs when needed
- Plan resources for timely completion of projects
- Carry out risk assessment
Your main qualifications/skills
- MSc in Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years of working experience in a related position, international experience in PMC would be a strong plus
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong command of MS Project
- Fluent in English, Spanish will be a plus
- Analytical understanding of engineering to solve issues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
