Due to continuous growth, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Providing analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
  • Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
  • Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and providing financial support to commercial decision making
  • Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions
  • Developing financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk
  • Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible, and always keep an eye for process improvement impacting the function
  • Dealing with and working through issues of conflict and operational challenges with project teams and other stakeholders
  • Understanding the cost drivers of the business and providing insight to the non-finance members
  • Oversees a team of Financial Analysts
  • Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process
  • Providing financial reports on a monthly base and analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, OPEX & CAPEX analysis and the company’s actual performance compared to the Budget & business plans
  • Responsible for the month-end and year-end close process alongside with Accounting Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MSc or MBA will be considered an asset
  • Working experience 3-5 years in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficient with financial software systems and tools
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
