ΟικονομικάDue to continuous growth, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
Responsibilities
- Providing analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and providing financial support to commercial decision making
- Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions
- Developing financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
- Presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk
- Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible, and always keep an eye for process improvement impacting the function
- Dealing with and working through issues of conflict and operational challenges with project teams and other stakeholders
- Understanding the cost drivers of the business and providing insight to the non-finance members
- Oversees a team of Financial Analysts
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process
- Providing financial reports on a monthly base and analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, OPEX & CAPEX analysis and the company’s actual performance compared to the Budget & business plans
- Responsible for the month-end and year-end close process alongside with Accounting Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MSc or MBA will be considered an asset
- Working experience 3-5 years in a similar position
- Excellent command of English and Greek language, both written and oral
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficient with financial software systems and tools
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
