Description

Onassis STEGI is in search for highly motivated professionals to fill the position of IT Support Technician occupied on a full-time basis. Main responsibilities include:

• Help Desk Monitoring
• Register all incoming requests (phone or emails) in an accurate and timely manner, to ascertain all information will be further exploited to improve the quality of SD service
• Provide users with 1^st level support and assistance were deemed necessary
• Install and configure new hardware and software and prepare corporate equipment
• Support users within the framework regulated by the SLAs concerning software applications and hardware
• Support the ICT department to several improvement projects or upgrades

Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications
• Hands on experience with Cisco and Microsoft systems
• Proficient oral and written skills in English
• Working experience at least of 2 years in relevant position
