The opportunity

Our Human Capital team is now proceeding with the recruitment of a Senior Human Capital Systems Analyst based in Athens.

 

The position is part of the Human Capital (HC) Shared Services & Priority Projects team. Under the direction of the Head of Shared Services & Priority Projects,  this position is responsible for the requirements’ configuration, new initiatives’ and processes’ development under the guidance of global teams, maintenance of the current HC tech landscape and enhancement of the future state. The main focus will be on Workday, which includes various modules such as Core HC, Performance Management, Talent management, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility & Reporting, but not limited to that. 

 

As part of our team, you will

  •  Work in close collaboration with the relevant global teams to test any upgrades or patches released in Workday primarily; provide support for the rest of the HR systems.

  • Create configuration requirements, as needed, test and monitor usage of systems in close collaboration with the global service teams. The primary focus will be on Workday but will not be limited to that. 

  • Support the rest of the HC team in relation to people technology matters and provide sufficient training, as needed, with a major focus on data integrity.

  • Work under the direction of the Head of Human Capital Shared Services & Priority Projects to optimize HC processes and automate those further. This will include gathering of requirements, creation of process/data flows, sourcing best practices from other countries/global teams and suggestions on improvements to processes resulting in the enhancement of data accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review configuration and integration options with various systems. Provide technical analysis and recommendations in the implementation, migration, and upgrade of HC systems.

  • Lead testing of HC systems including development of effective test scripts, as needed, and identification of test cases to validate enhanced or new functionality and configurations.

  • Address issues or improvements with HC systems users and mitigate risks.

  • Responsible for various common HC Information System activities including but not limited to mass uploads to Workday, compliance to HC global standards, data integrity, custom reports, etc

  • Participate in global user group meetings/conferences.

  • May provide overall project management for a given HC initiative. 

 

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience on working with Human Capital systems in terms of maintaining, developing and testing; Workday preferred - Cornerstone, ServiceNow, TalentLink, Success Factors/SAP nice to have as an experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Problem solving mindset

  • Ability to work in an environment with multiple stakeholders and multiple process owners

  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
