Your Duties and Responsibilities: · Supporting Human Resources Manager in all areas related to HR function in organization · Manage employee hiring and on-boarding related documentation and processes (employee onboarding/offboarding, collection of needed documents etc.) · Assisting the selection and recruitment process · Preparing personnel related documents (employment contracts, applications etc.) · Preparing HR related records, reports and statistics · Administering HR software systems and keeping the data up to date · Checking the compliance with legal and corporate regulations in cooperation with HR Manager. · Supporting accurate and timely payroll activities · Administering compensation and benefits programs · Supporting the development and implementation of performance management processes · Providing guidance and advice on policies, procedures, and practices Your Profile: · Very good written and verbal language skills in English language · At least 1 year work experience in the HR field · Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications · Business understanding and logical thinking · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work in a team · Knowledge of German language will be considered a plus · Payroll experience will be considered a plus What we offer: · Competitive salary · Full training · Supportive team and friendly environment · Hybrid working environment · Health benefits and work-life balance · Wellbeing – Feel good activities · Monthly Vouchers | Tsimiski 43, Thessaloniki ,Greece | https://jobs.majorel.com/greece/en/home |
