Individual tasks include but are not limited to:

• operating the software of the ERP and the new serialization system
• interaction with customers and troubleshooting regarding all the potential IT issues;
• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• monitoring and maintaining all computer systems
• providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports in compliance with the Quality Assurance policies;
• supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• testing and evaluating new technology;

Qualifications:

• Professional experience of at least 2 years, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor degree in computer sciences or other related field
• MSc in IT systems will be preferable
• Fluency in English both written and oral
