Marketing manager

Grammikos Group, an international and fast-growing real estate development company is looking for a driven and target-oriented professional marketing manager to join our Sales and Marketing department, reporting to VP Marketing Manager of the Group.

Responsibilities

• Management of the group’s owned media - social media channels, website updates, newsletters, and other online material.
• Marketing material production through management of both external/outsourced collaborators and inhouse sources
• Management of digital marketing activities.
• Responsibility for SEO and PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn through collaboration with the digital agency
• Leading the creation of content in various formats and media, including website, social media, newsletters, etc. in English and Greek.
• Reading metrics and monitoring the performance of the various campaigns
• Collaboration with both internal functions e.g., the marketing and sales department, interior design etc., as well as with external functions e.g., digital agency, graphic designers.
• Responsibility for non-digital marketing efforts 
• First response to our leads, setting of sales meetings
• Follow up and organization of leads by use of the company’s CRM system and direct contact

About You: 

• Solid record of delivering projects in a target-driven environment.
• A target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage large amount of information and reacting effectively to urgent situations.
• Excellent communication and social skills, including influencing and guiding change.
• Sound and mature judgment, decisive and tactful.
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language (written and verbal).
• Ability to work with data, analyze and present results.
• 3+ years of experience in the world of marketing 
• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing tools, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Responsibility of CRM- knowledge in Hubspot or any other lead management software is an advantage  
• Ability to write and edit marketing content at a high level
• Ability to work independently, while managing multiple tasks
• Previous experience with real estate companies or corporate environment
• Team player, excellent people skills are highly appreciated
• Resourcefulness, solution-based mindset.
