Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy across multiple digital channels.
• Plan, monitor & optimize paid search, display/affiliate campaigns and content marketing to boost traffic, brand awareness and conversion metrics.
• Design and monitor SEO strategy.
• Report on key performance indicators and oversee growth in performance to meet company's business goals.
• Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Google Certificates (Ads & Analytics/Meta) will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, targeting and measurement.
• Highly Proficient in MS-Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas etc).
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in deriving insights from data.
• Creativity, motivation, customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
