Assistant Accountant

Globalsat - Teleunicom Group of Companies, leads the way in the Greek market in the commercial distribution of technology products, home and small domestic appliances while it also develops integrated professional solutions by taking advantage of new technologies as well as the opportunities that arise from the digital transformation of the market.

Due to the continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Accountant (job code: AssAcc23) for our Finance Department.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership of the role entail:

Registration of receipts, payments, purchases, expenses
Cash desk Management
Import-export circuit management
Warehouse management and customer invoicing
Vendor - customer account agreements.
Monitoring and preparation of vendor payments

Requirements and skills for the successful canditate are:

University/TEI graduate in Finance or Accounting
Experience of at least 3 (three) years in the accounting department of a commercial company
Very good working knowledge of computing accounting programs, ideally Entersoft ERP program
Good knowledge of English language
Very good knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
Organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit

Reports to: CFO
