FP&A Controller

Key areas of Responsibility

• Assist the Financial Planning Process (planning, budgeting, forecasting), analyze operational performance drivers, identify business risks, and make recommendations for actions, to secure delivery of company targets.
• Provide actionable insights to influence senior management in decision making; safeguard and ensure strict compliance to Group Governance Standards, Authorization matrix and Group Financial Standards – Directives.
• Assist the month end closing process – Management Accounts and Group reporting.
• Assist the MTP (Medium Term Plan) and Budget (BU) process.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting package for the entity.
• Assist in the Transfer Price Review process.
• Follow up production routines in SAP, review with Operations and Engineering and secure required updates, securing Production utilization and effectiveness.
• Perform Costing (Inventory Valuation) exercises when/where required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of active control framework & systems within the organization.

Required Skills

• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s degree preferably in Finance or MBA will be considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience within Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably across a multinational manufacturing organization with diversity and complexity.
• Solid experience in SAP is a prerequisite.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and Greek GAAP.
• Proficient use of MS office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
