Missions:

  • You will be in charge of supervising, assisting, and motivating a team of advisors.​
  • Manage the project (analyze the results of your activity and define the necessary action plans, ensure compliance with quality processes and standards, manage production incidents, and ensure administrative elements).
  • Manage the relationship with the client (participate in the development and animation of COPROD, contribute to the contribution of added value)​
  • Manage your team (animate, motivate and retain the team, evaluate your employees, define their areas of development, and support their rise in skills, manage turnover, and absenteeism, and enforce the Webhelp values)

Skills

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.​
  • You are rigorous, and you have an analytical mind.​
  • You are a force of proposal and enjoy the challenge.​
  • You have good managerial skills.​
  • You master Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as team leader and senior team leader for 12 months 
  • Language skills: English C2

  • Be reliable, on time, and meet deadlines. Be rigorous in reasoning and tasks
  • Structure and adjust oral and written communication according to the audience.
  • Interact easily with others. Be attentive to their needs, requests, and feelings and act accordingly to construct trusting relationships.
  • Use appropriate vocabulary to write standard texts (letters, presentations, reports, emails).
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Handle large amounts of information by separating the various components. Identify the key elements and convey appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze workload, sequence actions, and refer the manager for arbitration if necessary.
  • Make simple decisions in accordance with the objectives
  • Quickly adapt to change. Support and reassure interlocutors to ensure a stable activity.
  • Independently manage difficult situations. Remain positive in all circumstances and able to propose or implement solutions to solve problems.
