Business Systems Analyst (Ref: TH/BSA022)

Office Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Information Technology
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business needs, develop clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
- Perform gap analysis
- Map user requirements to system capabilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for software customizations/development
- Organize, plan and perform Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Tests of software development and customizations
- Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) and act as a point of contact for the Business Users
- Produce training manuals and deliver training
- Act as a liaison between the Business Users, our IT and the Software companies
Your main qualifications/skills
- Degree in Computer Science or relative Business Systems Analysis discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Experience in Analysis and Design of information systems
- Experience with Business Process Modeling
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience in dealing with software development teams
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the hospitality sector would be a plus
- Creative and analytical and like solving complex problems
- Kind and dynamic with great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
- Effective Communicator with Strong Presentation skills
- Quick learner that likes challenges
