For our Customer Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Junior Workforce & Data Analyst in order to strengthen our Business Analytics Department.

 

Activities

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets in order to develop capacity and forecast plans/models
• Applying statistical models etc. for forecasting
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining/update databases
• Deploying intraday-monthly reports on staff attendance
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Use of Workforce Management software for end-to-end resource planning cycle (Forecasting-Scheduling-Assignment)
• Conduct other data mining, diagnostic and predictive analytics as required

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field (Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset)
• Familiarity with PBX/CTI technology will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite with expertise at Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of Access and VBA will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Very good knowledge in programming languages (Python, R etc.)
• Experience in IBM Modeler will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of English language
