We are currently seeking ambitious team players with good analytical skills to join our Finance & Operations Risk Transformation team in our offices in Thessaloniki, as Business Operations Consultants.

As a Business Operations Consultant, you will help our clients to get their operational processes under control in a temporary staffing and/or project modus, using your Supply Chain and operations knowledge.

You are inspired by:

  • Bringing order from chaos when helping the client to understand some complex processes, simplifying organizational structures, etc
  • Effectiveness, in all meanings of the word. You work together with clients to improve the control and efficiency of their supply chain, control their stock levels and optimize their processes
  • Developing yourself as a business professional with a knowledge of the various industries in which we are active
  • Working together with others and in a future stage, coach and mentor more junior colleagues

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be assisting our clients with innovative and pragmatic solutions, helping them cope with the challenges they are facing. You give operational advice in the different fields of Supply Chain
  • You are able to analyze supply chain processes and assess their potential risks. You implement improved solutions and develop and monitor KPI’s
  • You assure that your knowledge in supply chain remains cutting edge and you are on top of the latest industry trends
  • You are able to identify opportunities within existing markets and client portfolios
  • With your extended knowledge, you advise clients and peer consultants to improve Supply Chain operations
  • You support the growth of the team. You help develop and execute action plans to thrive knowledge building and team development within the area of Supply Chain
  • You actively engage in knowledge sharing and provide leadership, both to clients and peers in the area of Supply Chain
  • You understand and contribute to the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
  • You are eager to work in a diverse context, where a combination of soft skills and analytical skills needs to be applied

Our Requirements
 
To qualify for the role:

  • Critical and analytical mindset
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement
  • Strong academic background, preferably, you have a Master degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Hands-on person, Supply chain focused, result-oriented and quality-driven
  • Experience or interest in SAP, data analytics, AI or digital supply chain
  • Solid interpersonal skills that can help adapt to different environments and work for different clients
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, French will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Experience in one or more of the following domains is definitely a plus:
    • Sales and operation planning, Warehouse management, Production planning
    • Inventory management, Supply chain management, Change management
    • Business process remodeling (BPM), ERP implementation
  • Certifications in APICS, lean manufacturing or Prince2 are not nessecary, but very good to have
