We are looking for an Scrum Master to join our #tech department and help foster flow from ideation to backlog to finished software products in our Consumer Apps team. S/he should be able to interact with Product Managers to assess strengths and gaps in the product flow, collaboratively develop a product backlog, and then execute it to yield desired outcomes for people, processes and tooling improvements.

Your mission:

• Embed a culture of continuous improvement in teams and be the advocate for agile principles, values, methods and processes, so that they steadily mature in terms of technical capabilities, agile practices, and organizational agility.
• Support the Consumer Apps team to deliver with maximum velocity by creating a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration.
• Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with agile methods.
• Be prepared to act as Product Manager/Owner or Scrum Master when teams are lacking these roles or learning them.
• Facilitate conversations, process changes, and technical solution using a variety of facilitation tools and techniques
• Actively contribute to our Global Agile Chapter in raising awareness, running global training and advocating for agility across the organization
• Coaching Individuals - Provide on-demand coaching to help individuals find their way toward new potential solutions.

What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of experience working with teams, using an agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Demonstrated technical delivery management experience
• Very good understanding of software systems and applications
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in managing stakeholders and delivery expectations
• Facilitation skills, with ability to manage and resolve conflicts
• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
• A deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching aspects
• Knowledge of Atlassian Suite products (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)

Nice to have:

• A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline
• Scrum Master certification
