We are looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with Tech & Finance teams in order to find and deliver the best solution for every Finance related business need. efood’s Finance department handles multiple millions of transactions across 2 countries every month. Thus, the role is accountable to work closely with the Delivery Hero (DH) team and coordinate communication for global technology tools, in order to be made effectively and reliably.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to identify pain points, needs, challenges & opportunities to optimize financial workflows.
• Turn requirements into the specifications that engineers need to develop new features [process maps, workflows].
• Own and refine the backlog of Finance requests by ensuring each user story is clear & testable.
• Prioritize product requests and provide solutions according to value and effort.
• Communicate Finance requests by ensuring each deliverable is clear & testable.
• Work closely with engineers to deliver the best solution in a timely manner.
• Provide documentation & train stakeholders how to use new features effectively.
• Research about best practices, emerging technologies & financial challenges.

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Fintech, Banking or Payments industry as a Product/Project Manager
• Deep understanding of Financial processes & regulatory aspects (Billing | Reconciliation | Fraud | Payment systems)
• Familiarity with web technologies and technological limitations in terms of performance, monitoring and maintenance.
• Strong experience in stakeholders management
• Excellent requirement writing skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum practices
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science or related field will be an advantage
• Profound IT knowledge in financial services will be considered as plus
• Excellent eye for detail and a self-motivated problem solver
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)
