We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Consumer Marketplace product team with the mission to create a fast, reliable & transparent experience for our customers in Greece. Being part of a multi-functional Product team, you will be responsible to handle the operational tasks within the team and drive communication among stakeholders, product and tech team. What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with Tech & Business teams to identify pain points, needs, challenges & opportunities in the Consumer Marketplace.
• Have ownership across Product Support and Product Operations to identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability.
• Analyze data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development.
• Turn requirements into the artifacts that developers need to get new features [user stories, process maps, workflows].
• Communicate with the Tech team to deliver the best solution in a timely manner.
• Actively contribute to the quality assurance process.
• Provide documentation & train stakeholders how to use new features effectively.
• Develop and improve processes (e.g. bug reporting) to accelerate product development and improve customer experience.
• Research about best practices, emerging technologies & trends in the Consumer Marketplace industry.

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 1 year working experience in online marketplace or other relevant B2C industry as a Product/ Tech/ Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Good understanding of the concept of an online marketplace (aggregator) business.
• B.S degree in Marketing, Data Science, Tech or any other relevant field.
• Story writing skills will be considered a strong plus.
• Experience with web/app analytics.
• Understanding of the technical architecture of web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on attitude, capable of dealing with constant change and being able to get things done in a timely and effective manner.
• A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
• Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users' needs.
• Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
• Experience using Agile frameworks like Scrum will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Greek).
