As a Talent Acquisition Associate (Operations) you will work on mass and high-volume recruitment needs for our Operations division. You will own the full cycle recruitment process for the roles you will take over and work closely and support the Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process. You will build strong relationships both with candidates and internal stakeholders and act as an ambassador for efood while maintaining efood's great candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and selection criteria
• Create and post job adverts in various portals
• Receive and screen applications and handle interview and selection procedures for high-volume recruitment needs (incl. screening calls, assessments and in-person or video call interviews) using our ATS
• Determine candidates’ qualifications by creating interview questions based on the job description, conducting interviews, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Actively source and interact with qualified potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Develop a talent network of candidates for future hiring needs by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate database and reports updated in a timely manner

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of previous work experience in similar role as Recruiter - experience with high-volume recruiting will be considered a plus
• BSc Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
• Good MS Office and Google Suite knowledge and usage
• Familiarity with the usage of recruitment systems ( e.g. ATS, HRIS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
• Ability to build influential relationships with candidates and internal teams by active listening and communicating in a way that engages people to work with you
• “Make it happen approach” by finding creative solutions, trying new things and recovering quickly from difficulties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines, and shift priorities as needed for the business
• Passion to create an amazing candidate experience
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various teams and levels
• Appetite for learning and curiosity to discover new roles, working methodologies etc
