 Main Tasks:

• Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CVM) & acquisition of new customers; Owner of end-to-end design and execution of cross-selling campaigns & offering
• Responsible for maintaining the right balance between production volumes and average value-in, safeguarding a healthy development of consumer base
• Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives
• Perform market and competition analysis
• Main contact person with Sales for her/his field
• Guarantee impeccable execution with maximum level of CEX
• Support and educate our sales partners with continuous communication
• Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper delivery and support of services

Basic Requirements:

• 2-4 years of solid experience in Marketing preferably in the fields of CRM/CVM, customer acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Working Experience & Knowledge of SPSS Modeler is a plus
• Data-driven with good analytic profile
• Business and Sales acumen
• Results-oriented
• Sales & Marketing skills
• Good presentation skills
• Very good English language skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Team player, as team comes above all!
• Passion for technology and customer experience
• Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Postgraduate studies in Marketing/Business fields will be considered a strong plus
• Knowledge and experience of telecoms’ products is a plus.
