INGROUP, is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the field of cosmetics, a:

 

Personal Assistant

(maternity cover)
(HR 704)

 

The role:  As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for completing clerical tasks for the company. The main duties include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, etc.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Reporting to Managing Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Computer Literacy

  • Organizational skills
  • Team working
