Job Description

Your contribution to something big

The key purpose of Business Operations Intern’s role, in Building Technologies department, is to interact with customers providing information about products and services and handling and resolving inquiries.

• Be the first point of contact for clients and customers, handle incoming inquiries
• Support division’s call center focusing on increasing customer satisfaction
• Provide support to the sales team in the operational tasks
• Support daily sales ordering processes for customers from quotation to order entry, checking of stock and order fulfilment
• Support all back-office processes

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

• Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
• Fluency in English language
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• High motivation and outgoing personality with a “can do” attitude
