ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth we’re on the hunt for Microsoft 365 Engineers to join our team in Greece.  You will be supporting our small technology team onshore team in Australia, to configure/amend, code the portals, create all the workflows. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives. It is 12-month fixed term contract role, which will start immediately.  

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Microsoft identity management
• Configure/amend, code the portals.
• Build the business workflows that have triggers from data/time and/or events
• Modern business collaboration tools in the Office 365 suite – Teams, Planner, Groups, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online etc.
• Collaboration and video conferencing solutions like Teams, contact centre platform, chatbot
• Enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions
• Knowledge of document storage and indexing (behind the scenes) for all information
• Email security and archive technologie

  ABOUT YOU

  • Able to work on rotational or fixed basis based on business requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in Office 365 including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Sharepoint
  • Has worked in an Agile environment, used Azure Devops (or JIRA)
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining reliability and punctuality
  • Passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Good written and oral communication skills – in English.
