Packaging Development Specialist

The position reports to the Packaging Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the creation of technical briefs for new materials, development of mechanical drawings and cutters, as well as the testing of materials
- Processes materials, develops BOM, inventory materials, and evaluates the technical characteristics of the products
- Communicates with suppliers
- Researches and develops new packaging materials and specifications to improve the productivity of finished products
- Cooperates with the Procurement, Production, Logistics and QA/QC departments
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Manufacturing Engineering or any equivalent
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Good command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- Car driver’s license
