We are a large shipping company, based in northern Athens, looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Junior Recruiter.

The successful candidate will collaborate with management in order to source and reach out to talent while ensuring they are a good fit for the company.

Main Responsibilities And Tasks

• Implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, recruitment agencies, social media
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” 

Requirements

• Minimum academic requirement Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and analytical
• Excellent written and oral use of English
• Experience in using social media (LinkedIn etc)
