Customer Development Officer _ Avlona Pharma and Avlona H&B

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and/or support the CDM to the day to day interactions with customers on commercial matters
- Support the CDM in building trustful and sustainable relationships with customers
- Providing and analyzing the customers’ variations in demand and its evolution
- Update prices in the SAP while maintaining track record files for customers’ pricelists
- Maintaining updated CD files of the 2 Bus (contracts, pricelists etc.)
- Support in all CD internal reporting
- Monitoring of performance KPIs per customer
PROFILE / SKILLS:
- Degree in Technical or Business field
- Experience in similar position for at least 2 years, managing customer relationship
- Fluency in English, oral and written
