HR GENERALIST /Paphos

The HR Generalist is involved in all range of HR activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR Department in Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Follow recruitment goals and recruitment strategy based on company’s needs
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees
• Travel to solve employees’ issues in Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos Agia Napa
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Follow company’s policies and procedures
• Work closely with the HR depart in Greece regarding Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Policies & Procedures, and all other HR & Administration aspects
• Participate in the Recruitment internship Campaign and communicate with all the Educational Institutions in Cyprus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiar with a wide variety of recruiting sources and agents
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
• Good understanding and experience with HR tools (workable database)
• Team player
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Comfortable with traveling in Cyprus
