ΠληροφορικήManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading & established IT Services firm, is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Services BU. Our client’s Services include:
- Custom SW Development
- Systems Support
- Cloud Services
- DBA Services
Workplace Location: Athens’ North Suburbs
You will join a team of Business Development Professionals, and your focus will be to nurture existing clients, enhance ongoing partnerships and bring new clients. Your target audience will be Medium & Large Enterprises in the Greek market & Cyprus, and your focus will be to increase our client’s revenue from Services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and establish business relationship between the company and its clients (existing and new ones)
- Close collaboration with Business Services Heads
- Ensure the proposed Solution is inline with the clients’ budget & special requirements
- Further explore existing clientelle’s needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree. Studies in Computer Science will be highly appreciated
- At least 4 years of working experience of selling IT Services (either in Sales and/or Presales and/or Consulting roles)
- Proven Track record with closing deals
- Familiarity with several IT concepts, procedures, and practices
- Experience in Software Solutions/Services will be highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand the clients’ technical needs
- Good command of English language
