Position requirements
- Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.),
- Coordinates the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures
- Manages the routing program in daily basis
- Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders
- Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment
- Monitors regularly & ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders
- Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers.
Candidate’s Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
- 2-3 years of proven working experience in a similar position, (transportation, courier, delivery, shipping) preferably in a multinational company
- Excellent command of MS Suite, Windows, TMS and ERP systems
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language both verbal & oral
- Attention to detail and ability to process numerical data
- Business and strategic approach
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Team management, Leadership skills & Team player
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
