Nexi Paymemts Greece, the Joint Venture between Nexi and Alpha Bank, contributes to the transformation of the payment acceptance and merchant acquiring in the Greek market making sure to bring the best opportunities to our customers when it comes to POS solutions.

For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Customer Value Management Specialist so as to strengthen our Marketing & Commercial team.

 

Activities

  • Responsible for analysing the efficiency of commercial campaigns and developing data models to extract insights on customer base metrics
  • Ad hoc analysis on the customer base (churn, segmentation, margins, campaign response, etc.) for the development of targeted commercial campaigns
  • Design and requirements definition for the development of ad hoc data models aimed at creating KPIs for managing the targeting of commercial initiatives
  • Creation of up selling, cross selling, retention campaigns and campaign management (including analysing and reporting of campaign results)
  • Governance of campaign management tool (setup, functional requirements definition customization, etc.)

 

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in a relevant role with proven experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of campaign Management and economic analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of acquiring product and payment industry would be considered as an asset
  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language. Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of campaign management tools (SAS customer Intelligence, Salesforce)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Results oriented, problem solver able to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate various stakeholders and work in a team
