A Scheduling Specialist takes calls from patients answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls, listening to patient’s needs or issues and providing scheduling assistance, as needed.

SCHEDULING SPECIALIST

The Data Analyst assumes responsibility and accountability for managing registrations, denials and appeals for facilities. Includes management of the denial process and continually working to identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
